Tell us about how you got interested in the markets?
I was 16 years old and needed help with chemistry homework. So I asked my dad to help me. He was a doctor and still had his medical school textbooks on his shelf and knew what was in them. When I initially went to ask for homework help, he was on his computer at the time. This was in the mid-1990s, and he was looking at this strange chart. While he was helping me with my homework, I asked him what that was. He told me it was a stock chart. I asked him what that meant and he said it’s for plotting the price of a particular company’s stock ...
