Product Description
Product Review: Portfolio Health Check by Jayanthi Gopalakrishnan
One of the biggest challenges that retail traders face every day is deciding what they should buy. And one of the main reasons that traders are faced with such a challenge is because they are not privy to the same information as the banks and other large financial institutions are. To make up for the lack of information, Marc Chaikin developed and created Portfolio Health Check, an analytical service that uses the same type of analytics used by professional money managers to help improve the results of your portfolio.
How does it work?
Portfolio Health Check is powered by the Chaikin Power Gauge, which is designed to identify stocks that are likely to outperform or underperform in the next three to six months. It looks at 20 factors, some of which have to do with what the analysts are doing. So instead of just looking at technical indicators, it looks at the more traditional value metrics such as price to sales and price to earnings ratios. Chaikin refers to this approach as “quantamental.”
