Ever since director of research Jay Kaeppel published the Pro-Vest Option Trading Method, Essex Trading has been noted for offering practical trading guidelines of substance. That was the book; this is the seminar. Where the Pro-Vest approach was probabilistically oriented (the “Pro” part of Pro-Vest stems from probabilistic), the seminar, given in April 1997, tacks on models for trading momentum, relative strength and volatility on stock indices, particularly the OEX.
