McMillan on Options (Lawrence G. McMillan) by John Sweeney
Lawrence G. McMillan is a genuinely
impressive individual. Every time
McMillan writes a book, itís a classic.
His latest, McMillan on Options, is right
up there with Options as a Strategic
Investment, the now-standard reference
for all options players and currently in
its third edition. Even his newsletter,
The Options Strategist, is a practical
must-read for active options players.
Mind you, McMillan on Options isnít
a replay of Strategic Investment. The latter is an exhaustive but abstract explanation
of options strategies, whereas
this book focuses on the intensely practical.
It sounds a lot like the discussions
in the newsletter: specific tactics and
strategies with specific examples.
McMillan even throws in 11 or 12 trading
systems he feels are unusually (but,
of course, not perfectly) reliable.
